This morning, we got up early, put on some little bit schmancy clothes and headed to 30 Rock. We had some very nice ladies do our hair and dust us with some make-up. Then we were off to film a cooking spot to promote Betty Goes Vegan on The Today Show! I won’t lie – it was one of those mornings where hours seem like minutes and even the spot itself was rushed at the end. We unfortunately were the last spot on the show and so we didn’t get to finish walking through our recipes for Sweet Potato Risotto and Salted Caramel Whoopie Pies. We didn’t get to talk up our beloved Betty Crocker or even any of the revolutionary products we used like Gardein Chick’n Scaloppini, Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids and Daiya Vegan Cheese.
But it was a lot of fun and I have to admit I had some fun joking with Hoda. If you missed it – you can see it here!
